We recognize how important it is to dine out while following a regimen for healthy living. Upon arrival, just ask your hostess or server for one of our special menus. Our Light & Healthy menu is a great start for finding the ideal meal. Pasta nutrition can be enhanced by substituting multi-grain penne, with 7 grams of fiber, for any of our regular noodles. Because our entrées are made to order, dairy- and gluten-free dining are always an option for both our lunch and dinner menus. Our chefs have been trained to prevent cross contamination and are well informed about ingredients in all our products. We are also glad to steam and grill any item, so let your server assist you in placing an order exactly to your liking.
